In 2022, Bill and Kim Yanicko merged with Ossio and Mason, Inc. for their third office. With this merger, Bill and Kim worked with previous owners, Tom Ossio and Bill Mason, and the rest of their staff to provide the same quality and personalized tax guidance while incorporating new thinking and technology in the tax, accounting, and financial world. In the fall of 2024, Tom Ossio and Bill Mason officially retired. In the winter of 2024, Jeremy Wilson, CPA, became manager.
Jeremy Wilson, CPA
Jeremy is the manager at our Wintersville location. He was born and raised in Wintersville, OH. He attended Indian Creek High School (Class of 2002) and received his accounting degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville (Class of 2007).
Throughout his career, he has gained experience in both public accounting and industry. Areas of industry experience include non-profit, banking, and energy services/logistics. However, a majority of his experience has been in public accounting where he has helped countless small to medium sized businesses to with their tax and accounting needs. In both tax and accounting, he enjoys using a more personalized approach listening to client needs and formulating solutions to match those needs.
Jeremy is a CPA licensed in both Ohio and West Virginia. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
Jeremy lives in Wintersville, OH, is married to Michelle, and has two children, Isabella and Benjamin. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing music (playing trombone with the Tri-State Community Band), and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Samuel Durand
Samuel Durand is a staff accountant at our Wintersville location. He was born and raised in rural upstate New York and graduated from Newark Valley High School in 2021.
Following graduation, he attended Franciscan University of Steubenville where he studied accounting. After four years at Franciscan – including one season of playing baseball for the Barons – he graduated with his bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in forensic accounting in 2025.
Beginning in the fall of 2024, he joined the BKY team as an intern and later transitioned to a full-time staff accountant shortly after graduation in the spring.
In his free time, Samuel enjoys watching baseball and cheering on the Texas Rangers, playing board games with friends and family, and hiking.
Ryan Lemmon
Ryan Lemmon is a full-time staff accountant at our Russellton location but works a couple of days at our Wintersville location. At the Wintersville location, he is the main point of contact for payroll services. He grew up in rural Jefferson Township, PA, and graduated from Knoch High School in 2014. Upon graduation, he began his college career at Butler County Community College, and moved on to graduate from La Roche College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, and Management in December of 2018. Ryan’s accounting career started with PricewaterhouseCoopers, in Pittsburgh, PA with a focus on trusts/estates. He then moved from public to corporate accounting at Quality Life Services in Butler, PA for 2 years. When Ryan is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as finding new to places to eat and visit.
Cody Weleski
Cody Weleski is a senior accountant working out of the Russellton office for our Russellton and Wintersville locations. He graduated from Knoch High School in 2003. Following graduation, Cody worked as a union electrician as a member of the IBEW. He returned to school and graduated Butler County Community College with an Associate’s degree in Accounting. Cody has been working in the accounting industry for over 9 years with prior work at Hunter Truck Sales and Bobby Rahal automotive groups. He joined the BKY family in the spring of 2022. Cody enjoys spending time with his wife Sara, and two boys Jax and Bray.
